After 2 years of doing that, I got a couple of requests to start taking clients in person.
These clients preferred on-ground training … and in-person classes over an online community.
That is when I took the company to brick and mortar.
After opening our first location, I decided to go more niche in the restorative side of training.
This led me to hire more staff members to help with the workload.
We began offering custom meal plans for people that wanted to lose weight or deal with medical conditions …
at the same time as opening the location.
We launched our supplement brand … and began working on building our nutrition app.
We are now opening our nutrition app to the public.
There will be several options for the nutrition app.
The one I want to focus on first is the Self-serve option.
You can sync it with your Fitbit, Apple Watch, cross rope, and Tabata.
